Admission at Rainbow School Complex follows the same clear path for every family, whether you are choosing kindergarten, primary, RIC or RAIBICOL. Here is exactly what happens, step by step.
Step 1 — Choose the right section
Start by matching your child's age and stage to a section: Rainbow Bilingual Kindergarten & Primary for early learners at Foreke or Foto, Rainbow Integral College (RIC) for day-school general or technical secondary education, or RAIBICOL for fully supervised Anglo-Saxon boarding. Step 2 — Download the prospectus for your section
Each section publishes its own prospectus PDF covering the full fee structure, uniform list, admission requirements and results record for that campus. You will find a direct download button on each school's page, on the FAQ page, and at the bottom of this post.
Step 3 — Gather the required documents
Requirements vary slightly by section, but most families should prepare: a photocopy of the birth certificate, the child's clinic card, a recent passport photo, prior report cards (for secondary entry), and a signed copy of the school rules. Form 1 entrants to RIC or RAIBICOL should also bring their Common Entrance acceptance slip and an interview fee. The full checklist for your section is listed in its prospectus.
Step 4 — Pay the fees and keep your receipt
Each prospectus gives the bank-payment instructions for that section. After paying, bring the bank receipt to the school office to receive an official Rainbow School Complex receipt — this is the document that confirms your child's place.
Step 5 — Book a visit or an interview
Parents are welcome to visit a campus before deciding, and secondary entrants are invited for a short admission interview. Use the contact page to arrange a date, or message the admissions team directly on WhatsApp for a faster reply.
Step 6 — Enrolment day
Once documents and fees are confirmed, your child is enrolled and ready to start. The school communicates the resumption date and any last details — such as uniform fitting through Rainbow Boutique — directly with confirmed families.
